A MAN has appeared in court accused of abducting one teenage girl and illegally tattooing another.
Jordan Davis, aged 20, allegedly had a child in his home, Plymouth magistrates heard.
He is further accused of tattooing a second girl – it being an offence to tattoo anyone aged under 18 except for medical reasons.
Davis pleaded not guilty to detaining a child under 16 to keep her out of the lawful control of a parent between October 12 and October 14.
