A MAN with an "appalling criminal record" has been handed a suspended prison sentence after being caught with someone else's bank details.
Police found information about the man's account at the home of 42-year-old Nicholas Heracleous, Plymouth Crown Court heard.
Heracleous and co-defendant Adam Griffin, aged 24, were due to face trial at Plymouth Crown Court.
Each had denied a joint charge of fraud by dishonestly applying for a credit card in the name of Mr Griffin's father.
