A MAN who dealt crack cocaine on the streets of Plymouth has avoided going straight to jail.
A judge told Umar Sheik, aged 22, that he could take an "exceptional course" and suspend his prison sentence.
The Londoner was caught red-handed with 23 rocks of the drug with a street value of £230.
Police also found he had £443 from drug-dealing and had also just deposited £565 in the bank.
