A JUDGE has thrown out the case against a man on trial for taking part in a street brawl which left three people in hospital.
Recorder Donald Tait stopped the trial at Plymouth Crown Court after ruling there was insufficient evidence against Jaymie Castle.
The 25-year-old had pleaded not guilty to affray during the late night fight in the city centre.
